HR Trainee

A hands on launchpad for graduates passionate about human resources. You’ll partner with recruiters and HR business partners across the full employee lifecycle: from sourcing fresh talent and coordinating interviews, to onboarding new hires, designing engagement initiatives, and keeping people operations running smoothly for a growing tech team.

What you'll do

• Support end to end campus and lateral recruitment sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer rollout
• Own new-hire onboarding: paperwork, induction, welcome experience, and IT coordination
• Help design and execute engagement initiatives: fun events, learning programs, feedback rounds, recognition
• Maintain HR records, trackers, and dashboards with accuracy and confidentiality

What we look for

• 2026–2029 graduating batch any stream, HR specialization preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication, empathy, and a bias for organizing and getting things done
• Basic comfort with spreadsheets and genuine interest in people processes
